The summer months (July and August) rent anywhere between $1800-$3000 per week depending on the size of the Wapato Point condo and how close it is to Lake Chelan. If timing isn’t a factor, you can book your Wapato Point vacation for before Memorial Day or after Labor Day. Tri-level waterfront home, near the park at the end of the point for your families enjoyment. Views of the lake and the surroundings mountains that make Lake Chelan spectacular. This is the place for your enjoyment, sandy beaches, miniature golf, boat moorage, paddle boards, trout pond, basketball, volleyball, 6 lighted tennis courts, activities director for the younger kids, and so much more.
Sleeps 10, Master on main with large private bath. Powder room and laundry room along with spacious fully equiped kitchen and dining room with a eating bar are perfect for your family meals. Head out the french doors to the deck and gas BBQ for views down lake towards Chelan and surrounding hills. Nice living room completes this floor. Downstairs is the smaller of the bedrooms with a queen and full bathroom, small sitting area and sliding glass door to the patio and sun chairs. Head upstairs for the 3 remaining bedrooms two with queens sharing an oversized bathroom. The third bedroom has two twins with a shower. Let the kids enjoy the small game and TV room for a little away time. Slopped pathway from the side of the house down to the water level with a few steps to enter the water; head out to the swim float or private buoy for your boat.
2025 SUMMER IS BOOKED, we do have some openings starting September 10 thru the end of year. Several long weekends are available for early fall. This is a beautiful waterfront home that must be seen to fully enjoy its beauty and peaceful rest you will find in this home. Winter is a great time to enjoy the outdoors, skating at the point or heading up in the hills to Echo Ridge for snow shoeing, groomed cross country trails and snowmobiling to the warming hut. Christmas break into the New Year enjoy down hill skiing and tubing at Echo Valley.
