Low Season Vacation Rentals
Mid-September to Late May
$100.00 - $250.00 per night.
Hint: Spring & Fall are excellent times of the year to enjoy nice weather, golf, boating, wine tasting, etc..at value pricing. Some owners offer additional dicsounts on low season rates for winter vacation rentals.

Example
Typically in July or August a weekly rental in a 3 bedroom condo will be $3,000+. A 2 bedroom condo will rent for $2,200-$2,400. A 1 bedroom condo will rent for $1,900 or so. There are also small loft units available for about $1,750.00 a week. (Plus 10.2% sales tax)

Bedrooms:
Most 2 bedroom condos have a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the smaller bedroom and a hide-a-bed and day bed in the living room. Most 1 bedroom condos have a queen size bed in the bedroom and a hide-a-bed in the living room. However, there are many other combinations. Let us check availability for your Lake Chelan vacation.
